  4. Sourced manufacturers and suppliers in Italy and China for the prototyping, technical development, and design optimization of the products within the set MOQ, COGS, and lead-time constraints

  5. Shortened development time from ideation to product launch by over 30% in close collaboration with the manufacturers

  6. Facilitated the cost reduction of COGs by 10-15% through standardization and efficient purchase of components and materials in close collaboration with manufacturers and suppliers.

  7. Developed the 'perfect fit' design tool based on measurements and fitting tests of over 500 customers, enabling the team to create new designs fast while ensuring all frames will fit as many customers as possible and offering each customer at least one frame per collection to fit perfectly
